Being a Grandma in Belgium

Means you miss your grandson every day, you realize he's one month old.. today.. and he has spent more time on earth without you than in your arms. Means also you're always looking for cute things to send him, ways to make him smile andwords to let him know how much you love him.
I guess I could say as much about being a Mom here since 3 of my children are over there...Somewhere at the other end of the sky... and my dear daughter in law and James....
I'm getting used to new technologies and I learn a lot about important things. Things that matter most.
Showing you care and love is one of them, family ties are so vital..
I'm in a thinking mood I guess ... My kids 're gonna go : oh no! Don't do this Mom.
Ok so something hilarious happened to me and Sariah last saturday and I'll tell you about it.... next time.

Things I like and things I dont

Hey, I was just thinking about what I like about jetlag... Well couldn't find anything ;)
It's been a tough week being so tired and missing my grandson like crazy..
We had decided not to have Thanksgiving this year and then we realized we like it.
Thursday came too soon so we set our mind on saturday. I thought "this is gonna be cosy , easyand very simple just for the four of us" .... and then, friday night I met Yvonne, Kevin and Katie at church. They were so sad 'cause they couldn't have Thanksgiving this year and so we invited them and I realized I like friends, so I invited my friend Geneviève and her son Axel, and they brought Laurence with them.
It wasn't that easy after all but I realized I don't like it "easy".
Faith, Family and friends, simply the best gifts in life.
I forgot all about jetlag Thanks to all of them and I love Thanksgiving.
